By accessing and using AtomisScents website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
AtomisScents provides premium fragrance samples for purchase and delivery to UNC Charlotte campus. Our services include:
- Online ordering of fragrance samples in various sizes (3ml, 5ml, 8ml, 10ml)
- Free delivery to UNC Charlotte dorms
- On-campus pickup options
- Curated sample sets and bundles
3. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Our services focus on the UNC Charlotte campus community with premium fragrance samples available for convenient pickup and campus delivery. We offer free pickup at Atkins Library and low-cost shipping to UNCC dorms and campus facilities.
4. Orders and Payment
Order Processing: Orders are processed same-day when placed before 2 PM EST/EDT Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Payment: We accept payments through PayPal and Cash App. All prices are in USD.
Order Confirmation: You will receive confirmation of your order via email.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed prices at checkout will be honored.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Free Campus Pickup: We provide free pickup at UNC Charlotte Atkins Library, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-4 PM.
UNCC Campus Shipping: $5.99 flat rate shipping to UNCC campus dorms and facilities (free shipping on orders $30+).
Delivery Timeframes:
• Campus pickup: Next day (order by 2 PM)
• UNCC dorm delivery: 1-2 business days
Service Area: We currently serve UNC Charlotte campus community only. Pickup is available at Atkins Library, and shipping is limited to UNCC campus addresses.
Delivery Requirements: You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
6. Product Information and Disclaimers
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but cannot guarantee that descriptions are complete or error-free.
Fragrance Sensitivity: Customers are responsible for knowing their own allergies and sensitivities. Please review fragrance notes before ordering.
Sample Nature: All products are fragrance samples, not full-size bottles.
7. Returns and Refunds
No Returns: Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Wrong Orders: If you receive an incorrect order due to our error, we will provide a replacement at no charge.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AtomisScents and is protected by copyright laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
AtomisScents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for:
- Any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
- Harassment, abuse, or harm of others
- Fraudulent or false information
- Reselling our products for commercial purposes
