Our Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, AtomisScents does not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products under normal circumstances.

Exceptions

We will provide refunds or replacements in the following situations:

1. Damaged Products

If your fragrance sample arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.

2. Wrong Order

If you receive an incorrect fragrance or size due to our error, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Non-Delivery

If your order is not delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, you may request a full refund.

4. Severe Allergic Reaction

In the rare case of a documented severe allergic reaction, please contact us immediately. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact us at atomisscents@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Step 2: Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Step 3: We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

Step 4: If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

What We Cannot Refund

  • Products that you simply don't like the scent of
  • Products that have been used or opened (except in cases listed above)
  • Orders where incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer
  • Products ordered more than 30 days ago
  • Custom or personalized orders (if we offer them in the future)

Prevention Tips

To avoid disappointment:

  • Read fragrance descriptions and notes carefully before ordering
  • Start with smaller sample sizes if you're unsure about a fragrance
  • Check for common allergens in the fragrance notes
  • Ensure your delivery information is accurate
  • Contact us with any questions before placing your order

Replacement vs. Refund

In most cases where we determine a refund is warranted, we prefer to offer a replacement product of equal value. This allows you to still enjoy our fragrances while we make things right.

Processing Time

Review Time: We will review and respond to refund requests within 24 hours.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Cash App).
